Stephen, an oenologist who has lived in the region for twenty-five years, recently trained in cheeses to open this concept store combining his two passions. Having travelled extensively in and around the Aude region, Stephen has built up an impressive list of small local producers. In his store, the Œnologue Fromager offers a concentrate of gourmet delights, with a selection of regional products such as cassoulet, charcuterie, confit... Quality products and sound advice go hand in hand with ongoing tastings and introductory wine-tasting courses.
