J'ai appelé hier pour réserver pour 12h. J'ai dû appeler 4 fois entre 11h et 11h30 pour qu'on décroche le téléphone. Ensuite le type me repond: "c'est impossible pour midi car nos employées doivent manger d'abord". Tellement étonnée que j'ai raccroché !

Ens van donar taula sense reserva. Molt amables i el cassoulet molt bo! L’encarregat es va posar molt content de que fossim de Barcelona i ens va ensenyar el seu mòbil, que tenia la Sagrada Família, ens va dir que era el més bonic que havia vist!

Horrible experience trying to have lunch at this place. Firstly they mentioned they were fully booked. While searching for an alternate option (we were 2 and had a baby on a stroller), two people asked us if they should enter through the door close to where we were standing. We said they could try because the restaurant was fully booked. They said they didn’t have a reservation either and entered and got a table. We then asked the host how did that happen and she replied they had a table for habituees, which weren’t clearly the case. If they don’t accept strollers they should just mention that. No transparency. I imagine what they do in the kitchen considering the lack of transparency. Horrible attempt, terrible way of treating people.
