Entering the lair of the Cabanel house is to discover the Carcassonne of the 19th century with, in its courtyard, the superb ironwork marquee designed in 1868 in the Eiffel style. A historical place not to be missed, the place has inherited the secrets of the famous Micheline, a recipe dating back to the 4th century, and of the Or-Kina, a plant-based aperitif. It also produces a pastis 100% Carcassonne and the famous "Crème de Menthe" and "Crème de Citron".
