The former Palais de la Micheline, a listed building, is now home to Vignobles Foncalieu. Upstairs, the Art Nouveau-style Belle Époque room is the perfect setting for wine events. The boutique offers around 70 products from the Foncalieu cooperative winery, plus spirits and local produce. Events, tasting workshops, privatization for seminars... And in summer, after-work evenings until 10 pm on Thursday evenings, with cheese and charcuterie boards.

Tomarse una botellita de vino de la región con música en directo, Quesos y especialidades de la zona, en un edificio histórico y con unas vistas espectaculares a la ciudad de Carcassonne... Sin palabras. Dispone de parking propio. Camareros atentos y muy agradables.

Perfecto para pasar un buen rato con amigos o para un sitio romántico con la pareja. Coincidimos con una actuación en directo, creo que es todos los jueves. Un buen vino y elegir entre cuatro opciones según te apetezca, quesos, carne,,,
Servicio de 10 y muy buena relación calidad precio. No podeis pasar por Carcassone y no parar, no os arrepentiréis.
