The former Palais de la Micheline, a listed building, is now home to Vignobles Foncalieu. Upstairs, the Art Nouveau-style Belle Époque room is the perfect setting for wine events. The boutique offers around 70 products from the Foncalieu cooperative winery, plus spirits and local produce. Events, tasting workshops, privatization for seminars... And in summer, after-work evenings until 10 pm on Thursday evenings, with cheese and charcuterie boards.

A fantastic wine tasting, a must for any wine lovers visiting Carcassonne. Salome was a excellent host, miss this one at your cost. Try the 6 glass tasting.

Great place to sample local wines sitting outside with a view of the old medieval city. The wines we tried were delicious and not all expensive at all €4-6 a glass. Open from 10am til 7:30pm most evenings.
