Founded in 1936 in Limoux, Maison Bor is a renowned nougat maker. The factory has since been taken over and enlarged, and Maison Bor has set up shop on Place Carnot in Carcassonne. Here, at any time of day, you can enjoy one of their wonderful homemade pastries, accompanied by one of the 14 different teas on the menu, or one of the 10 exclusive herbal teas. The fast-food area at lunchtime lets you sample local produce and Aude wines, and you can sit out on the terrace in all seasons, thanks to the soft plaids on their deckchairs...

Très bon accueil du personnel ds cet établissement. Serveur très pro et souriant. Menu à 18 euros. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je me suis régalée de l entrée au dessert. Le rougail saucisses excellent ( petit voyage sur l île de la réunion). Merci à toute l équipe de ce restaurant

Restaurant de plein centre ville, dont la cuisine est très soignée, les serveurs très sympathiques, le menu à 22,90 euros, vraiment fameux.
Un rapport qualité prix très compétitif.
Nous venons depuis des années, et la qualité est toujours au rdv.
Je le recommande vivement !
