Founded in 1936 in Limoux, Maison Bor is a renowned nougat maker. The factory has since been taken over and enlarged, and Maison Bor has set up shop on Place Carnot in Carcassonne. Here, at any time of day, you can enjoy one of their wonderful homemade pastries, accompanied by one of the 14 different teas on the menu, or one of the 10 exclusive herbal teas. The fast-food area at lunchtime lets you sample local produce and Aude wines, and you can sit out on the terrace in all seasons, thanks to the soft plaids on their deckchairs...

Repas en terrasse, on a passé un bon moment très bien mangé et un serveur très sympathique. On recommande ce restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. We ordered the special of the day: stuffed squid with risotto and cassoulet — and everything tasted amazing.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro je le mettrais confis de canard pas du tout cuit vous le dites au patron il vous répond non c'est cuit alors que c'est blanc du coup rien manger et même pas un geste C'EST DU CONGELE TOUT ILS REÇOIVENT CUIT RÉCHAUFFENT ÉTABLISSEMENT A FUIR

très bon repas le chef et le meilleur cuisiner au monde je vous recommande les serveurs serveuse sont très gentil le patron et un très bon patron
