Amazing artisanal café & coffee shop. It’s rare to find a place that offers a choice of bean for your espresso and they had beans from my favorite region! It’s very clean and modern, toilet is available and the customer service is excellent! It’s a higher than average price point which matches the level of quality.

Lovely coffee, very friendly service. Great selection of coffee beans for sale. Croissants also available for 1 euro but otherwise no food - this venue is all about the coffee. Very nice interior with stools and a warm welcome. Shame they do not have non- dairy milk but this is a minor complaint as they do serve black coffees too. They also sell coffee cups and small kettles which seem to be very good quality.

Good coffee, sure, but painfully slow service. I had a very limited time to visit Carcassonne, so this place robbed me of precious (and expensive) minutes in this city. What can be more disrespectful then taking away people's time? What's more valuable than that? The one guy working here took a lot of time to prepare my order, even serving before people that arrived after me. This is a place for locals with lots of time to spare, not foreign people that had to invest a LOT to be here. Bad experience, I would not recommend.

Lovely experience. We spent some time looking for a nice and cosy place for a great coffee until we find this peace of art. Wow, amazing grains, tasteful coffee and the staff was very lovely man, even though we don't speak much French he was patient and kind. Highly recommend a visit!
