There's no marketing blah-blah here, just nearly 200 organic, natural and biodynamic wines subtly selected from growers they know. Straightforward, free, lively wines... with a few wiser cuvées rounding out the menu. Need a helping hand? Thomas will guide you, share his favorites and adjust his advice according to your desires. You can leave with a bottle under your arm or open it on the spot, accompanied (or not) by home-made southern tapas.
