Come to Carcassonne and discover a thousand facets of the fabulous continent of Australia, in a fun and interactive way. The ambassadors of this faraway land await you: kangaroos, of course (each cuter than the last), but also ostriches, dromedaries and a whole host of wildlife. For total immersion, we recommend the guided tour (free of charge), which is most instructive; thanks to it, you can enter the enclosures and even a large aviary and feed the waved parakeets that are its tenants. If your child or teenager would like to take the experience a step further, some days are devoted to discovering the profession of caretaker, so you can get to know all these adorable residents, feed them, groom them, protect them... Already a bit Australian at heart? In a reconstructed aboriginal village, young and old alike can discover their ancestral way of life and try their hand at throwing boomerangs or playing the mysterious didgeridoo. In the pioneer village, you'll plunge into the cowboy history of the first settlers, while children will follow in the footsteps of the gold diggers. The Australian escape game, a life-size strategy game accessible to all, completes the range of possibilities. The 5-hectare park features picnic areas, a snack bar and a refreshment stand. All in all, a fun and instructive day out for all ages!

Et le lieu est original pour les petits et les grands, la visite guidée est top car beaucoup plus d'explications sur tout le parc animalier restauration possible, souvenirs,oeufs d'autruche, peluches etc...
Accès parking pas mal abîmé,
Notre guide fut bien, elle expliquait tout bien, et avait bien appris son texte ????
Nous avons particulièrement aimés les perruches, elles étaient adorables!
En revanche, il faudrait vraiment acheter de nouveau micro et enceinte pour les guides! C'était horrible ! Ça grésillait, ça faisait mal aux oreilles!
Sinon, c'était cool!
Ps: nous étions trois, deux adultes et un enfant, nous en avons eu pour 34.5 €... Certes on a vu pas mal de choses mais... 34.5€ quoi...
Les enclos pour les animaux ne sont vraiment pas adaptés, ils song beaucoup trop petits !!!! Cela vaut pour TOUS les animaux (émeus, autruches, chèvres, perruches, kangourous, walibis, dromadaire…) Vraiment à vomir. Ils n’ont pas d’espace par rapport au nombre ou à la taille qu’ils font.
En venant ici, je pensais aller dans une sorte de parc où les animaux sont tous en semi-liberté, dans des enclos si grands que l’on ne pouvait pas voir que c’était des enclos. Ce n’est pas du tout le cas.
Je ne recommande pas du tout, à boycotter !!
La visite guidée ne sert absolument à rien, juste à nourrir 2/3 animaux… Elle est vraiment très longue et nous n’apprenons rien du tout d’intéressant !
En plus, le prix pour le repas est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce qui est servi ! 15,50€ pour 5 petits morceaux de poulet et des frites qui baignent toute la journée dans l’huile…
Ce parc ne devrait même pas exister. Pauvres animaux…
Beaucoup d’activités proposées pour les petits, des endroits ombragés, des endroits pour manger qui sont propres, les toilettes également sont propres, ce qui est très rare dans ce genre de parc ! Donc agréablement surpris, la visite guidée était adaptée à tous, guide extrêmement aimable, souriante, qui donne des explications super intéressantes mais pas de trop !
Le nourrissage des animaux était une activité qui a plu aux petits et aux plus grands !
