Located in the heart of the medieval town, tucked away in a quiet alleyway close to the Basilica, the Auberge des Lices is well worth a visit. A restaurant whose prestige in no way excludes conviviality. The sober, elegant decor is ideal for savoring the creative, refined, semi-gastronomic cuisine that the chef constantly reinvents as the seasons change. You'll be able to sample the cassoulet of a great specialist, as well as a cuisine with the flavours of the Southwest and the Mediterranean revisited. The indoor patio is pleasant in summer.

Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant, cuisine de qualité. ( cassoulet excellent, mais pas que) très copieux, les desserts sont vraiment un délice je recommande fortement la pêche trompé l’œil Dessert digne d’un Michelin. Personnel très agréable et pro. Et le rapport qualité prix est vraiment la . Nous y retournerons très vite. Merci
