Located in the heart of the medieval town, tucked away in a quiet alleyway close to the Basilica, the Auberge des Lices is well worth a visit. A restaurant whose prestige in no way excludes conviviality. The sober, elegant decor is ideal for savoring the creative, refined, semi-gastronomic cuisine that the chef constantly reinvents as the seasons change. You'll be able to sample the cassoulet of a great specialist, as well as a cuisine with the flavours of the Southwest and the Mediterranean revisited. The indoor patio is pleasant in summer.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant l'an dernier et nous nous étions régalés. Nous y sommes revenus aujourd'hui et nous sommes toujours aussi bien accueillis et le repas toujours un régal merci beaucoup.

Je recommande le restaurant pour y avoir pris, de passage, un repas le soir, en famille. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour une cuisine qui sort de l'ordinaire touristique. Rien à dire de négatif, juste de bonnes saveurs à déguster pour le plaisir des papilles. J'y retournerai.

Le menu a 26e est largement rentable : peu de choix et une entrée / plat / dessert du moment c'est le signe de bons produits frais.
Nous nous sommes donc régalé, mention spéciale au citron trompe l'œil (supplément de 6e) très réussi et super goutu.
On recommande fortement!
