Jérémy Thomann and Mélanie have made their restaurant a must for lovers of seasonal, committed and inspired cuisine. In a contemporary, cosy dining room with a sheltered terrace, the chef composes dishes between land and sea: poached octopus, creamy polenta with squid ink, slow-cooked veal knuckle, smoked potato siphon... As a scoundrel dish: a homemade cassoulet (also available to take away). Sweet finale? A chocolate palet with coffee-poached pear and hazelnut crumble.
