Un menu truffe exceptionnel. De l’originalité avec une maîtrise totale des alliances, un pur régal à renouveler sans modération. Qui plus est un service très attentionné, avec beaucoup de délicatesse, une décoration remarquable et un chef très accessible à la rencontre de ses hôtes car on a vraiment l’impression d’être chez lui tant il nous reçoit de façon exquise.
