A traditional restaurant in the heart of the medieval city, serving home-style cuisine. Step back in time with the authentic cassoulet with duck confit, served in a traditional cassole. Menus with local names: menus of the Dukes of Oc, of the ramparts, of the city, of Carcassonne. Gourmet à la carte variations on duck and a choice of fish to enjoy in the dining room or on the shaded patio. All accompanied by AOC Minervois and Cabardès wines.... Ideal for groups (menu from €26.20), but also for special events (weddings...).
