Un peu à l’écart de la foule , une magnifique découverte. Accueillis par le propriétaire comme si nous étions des clients de longue date, celui-ci prends le temps de nous expliquer le concept original de son établissement où l’on peut consommer à la table le vin choisi parmi une large proposition de pépites sélectionnées par ses soins ( il était sommelier dans un étoilé) à prix caviste + 10€ . Les tapas sont excellentes avec une mention spéciale pour d’exceptionnels fromages de la montagne noire. Une dînette qui vaut un grand dîner.

A hidden gem!
A very nice, cosy and authentic French restaurant in the middle of la cité with tasty tapas and a grand variety of natural wines. A must when visiting Carcassonne.

Excellent moment grâce à un lieu sympa dans une ruelle un peu plus calme dans la cité, un accueil chaleureux, par un passionné de vins. Des tapas élaborées avec finesse et originalité. Je recommande vivement.

Wondering around the streets Carcassonne we found this little wine bar.
If you’re looking for simple food done very well accompanied by excellent organic wine this place is to come.
Sat outside the restaurant on the side street in the sun was perfect. Thomas the owner is very experienced and a great host.

De passage sur Carcassonne, au centre d'une petite ruelle, nous sommes tombés sur une cave a vin avec un grand nombre de vins nature , de belles découvertes, accompagné de magnifiques planches de tapas , une vraie régalade, avec un gérant (Thomas) qui nous raconte l'histoire de chaque domaine, un superbe accord met et vin .... Je recommande !!! Merci !!!
