Inn on the Castle Square offering regional cuisine and grilled meats.

Located on the Castle Square, in one of the oldest houses of the medieval city, the Auberge de Dame Carcas pays tribute to a legendary character and offers regional cuisine: cassoulet with duck confit, "coustellous" of pig with honey, filet mignon with porcini mushrooms, but also meats grilled over a wood fire. The kitchen, open to the room, allows customers to see the chef working in the kitchen, for the pleasure of the customers. The plates are copious and prepared with care, the service is friendly, in short, a recommended address.

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant, 40 minutes d'attente pour que quelqu'un vienne prendre notre commande ou nous offre au moins une entrée pour rendre l'attente plus agréable, nous avons donc dû repartir sans manger. Dommage car nous avons été recommandés par un commerçant local et après avoir regardé le menu il semblait que l'on pouvait très bien manger.

Un dîner en terrasse au coeur de la cité de Carcassonne, avec une cuisine et un service de qualité. Magnifique cassoulet encore bouillonnant dans son plat en terre cuite. Le service était très agréable. Un menu 3 plats pour 18 €, bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous n'avons bu qu'un verre de vin. Le service était très sympathique. Ambiance cohérente, style vraiment médiéval. Les sanitaires sont propres.

Accueil du personnel très sympathique. Très bon restaurant, nous nous sommes régalés. 64€ à 3 dont un enfant et franchement c'est très raisonnable.
