Inn on the castle square offering regional cuisine and grilled meats.
Located on the castle square, in one of the oldest houses of the medieval city, the Auberge de Dame Carcas pays tribute to a legendary character and offers regional cuisine: cassoulet with duck confit, "coustellous" of pig with honey, filet mignon with porcini mushrooms, but also meats grilled over a wood fire. The kitchen, open on the room, allows to see the chef working in the kitchen, for the pleasure of the customers. The plates are copious and prepared with care, the service is friendly, in short a recommended address.

Personnel sympathique et très serviable, cuisine au top, cuisson respecté, très bonne cuisine traditionnelle, un vrai régal.
Cadre idyllique, parfait pour un déjeuner en terrasse, je recommande.

Un pur délice !! Un personnel souriant et agréable ! Des menus à des prix très corrects .

Très bien mangé, et cela au hotspot touristique. Prix très raisonnables, menu 18 €, trois plats, portions généreuses. La bière est à 7,50/0,5l comme partout ailleurs ici.

Le service était également incroyable - mon français n'est pas très bon, mais les serveurs étaient compréhensifs et la plupart parlaient un peu l'anglais. Nous n'avons pas attendu longtemps et nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis par le personnel.
Je reviendrais certainement ici.
