Store opening hours Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Restaurant: Tuesday lunchtime to Saturday lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm; Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8:30pm; Thursday evening to Saturday evening from 7pm to 9pm; closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Welcome to Domaine Gayda
Our family estate is located at the foot of the Pyrenean hills, surrounded by its organic vineyards.
Domaine Gayda has created a unique destination in the heart of the Languedoc, 25 km southwest of Carcassonne, in the village of Brugairolles.
All our vineyards are treated with the utmost respect for our natural environment. Biodiversity is at the forefront of our vineyard management, bringing about a balanced ecosystem, essential for sustainable production.
Thanks to the incredible variety of the many terroirs, our wine ranges show the best of our winemaking skills using the "nothing added, nothing taken away" philosophy that minimizes unnecessary interventions in the process.

The restaurant Côté Resto is integrated into the Domaine Gayda building and overlooks our vineyard.
Christophe and his team offer an authentic, traditional and tasty cuisine, prepared with fresh local products. An excellent complement to the Domaine's wines.
With its terrace and its spectacular view on the Pyrenees, Côté Resto, welcomes you:
From Monday evening to Saturday evening from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 21:00
Closed Sunday all day and Monday for lunch.
