From the 60 ha of vineyards, Patrick Reverdy, Laurent his son and Paul his grandson offer numerous cuvées that are very much appreciated in the region and far beyond. The two best known are the reds; in AOC Corbières Boutenac, the Romain Pauc vintage and a reserved vintage, in AOC Corbières. You will find the "wines of La Voulte" in many restaurants in the Aude region, from the starred Gilles Goujon at the Auberge du Vieux Puits to the restaurants of the villages. Visit the cellar, a superb achievement.

Sans aucun doute le meilleur Corbières et l'un des meilleurs vins du Languedoc Roussillon et de plus une famille chaleureuse et aimant faire partager sa passion !

Je connais la cuvée Romain Pauc depuis bien des années. C’est un des plus grands crus des Corbières. Notre visite au domaine m’aura permis d’apprendre qui était Romain Pauc, à savoir l’arrière grand-père de la charmante dame qui nous a si chaleureusement accueillis

This winery has a nice selection of local wines, from "everyday" wines to some you want to save for another year down the road. The site is beautiful and the tasing room a blend of traditional and stylish. While French of course is the best language, at least one of the owners does a great tasting in English, if you rely on this you may want to call ahead and check.
