From the 60 ha of vineyards, Patrick Reverdy, Laurent his son and Paul his grandson offer numerous cuvées that are very much appreciated in the region and far beyond. The two best known are the reds; in AOC Corbières Boutenac, the Romain Pauc vintage and a reserved vintage, in AOC Corbières. You will find the "wines of La Voulte" in many restaurants in the Aude region, from the starred Gilles Goujon at the Auberge du Vieux Puits to the restaurants of the villages. Visit the cellar, a superb achievement.

Excellent accueil par la propriétaire qui m'a conseillée avec beaucoup de plaisir vers un choix qui m'a convenu. La dégustation de vins était un réel plaisir.

L’endroit est remarquable. Une immense remise transformé en salle de vente et dégustation. Le château et les chais méritent une visite pour la dégustation j’ai un coup de cœur pour la cuvée de l’ancêtre de la famille Romain PAUC. Il faut essayer de tout goûter en écoutant le patron vigneron vous parler de ses vins coteaux et cépages. J’ai passé un moment intense et j’ai appris beaucoup sur les Corbières et le vin qui s’y prépare dans le secret des caves. Bravo et merci.

We have been buying wines from this brilliant estate for 15 years, on the recommendation initially of Hugh Johnson. We were won over on our first visit, by a generous & instructive tasting, a warm welcome, and the sheer class of these Corbières wines. We return to the La Voulte de Gasparets every time we are in the region. Outstanding wines, truly, and affordable, from a beautiful property. Easily rivals of great clarets.

On y était en vacances la semaine de Toussaint. Très bien accueillis par le propriétaire du château.
On a acheté qq bouteilles. On a ouvert celle cette semaine et on regrette de ne pas en avoir acheté plus ????
