L'Odyssée de l'olivier, at the Oulibo cooperative, combines staging, sound and light, educational tours, multimedia screens, sound effects... to help you discover the king of Mediterranean trees. The 1h30 visit begins with the olive grove, followed by a sound and light show retracing the steps involved in oil production. If you'd like to learn more about the various virtues of olive oil, the symbolism of the olive tree, or the olive-related trades (scourtinerie...), this is the place to go.

We went on one of the tours at L’oulibo and can honestly say it was one of the most interesting and engaging tours we’ve been on. As English-speakers the tour was conducted in English for us, our tour guide was so passionate and the olive tasting was delicious. Definitely recommend if you get the chance!

Excellent tour and tasting. Our guide, Gail, provided a very good English tour. The tour was informative, the film was interesting with English subtitles and the tasting of four types of fresh olives and two olive oils was quite delicious. Well stocked store of many products. Highly recommend.
