Located in the Corbières, Château Beauregard Mirouze is a family estate of 25 hectares. Here, Karine and Nicolas Mirouze, the eighth generation of winegrowers, cultivate their vines with respect for nature by reasoning their interventions. They make wines with freshness, finesse and elegance, such as the Grangeot rosé, a Vin de Pays d'Oc, 50% Cinsault, 30% Grenache and 20% Syrah or the Tradition rosé A.O.C. Corbières, 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah and 20% Grenache.

Découvert par hasard " le bucolique": un vin naturel (ou presque),où domine le fruit, le fruit dans toute sa splendeur et sa maturité. Bref un très bon breuvage.????mais pour l'apprécier pleinement il faut le boire soi-même. ????????N'est-ce pas ?????

Si vous êtes épicurien et puis curieux je vous conseille ce très bon vin avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Fruité, goulayant, à servir avec un poulet fermier confit au Sauvignon et ses légumes de saison. Ce vin "Niouze" convient très bien aux viandes blanches.
