On this rocky soil, exposed to the Cers wind, the Sarrat Goundy estate has given birth to small wines of character resulting from the marriage of stone and different grape varieties, as witnessed by the Cuvée du Planteur, including a mineral, racy rosé, 60% Grenache and 40% Cinsault. A fine tribute from the son to his father, known as a vine planter. The winery is located just outside Vinassan, in the commune of Armissan. Olivier, the son, has used the space magnificently and organised a number of attractive photo exhibitions.
