Passionate about the land and its history, Éléna Anton divides her time between her 1,350-oak truffle plantation, her olive grove and her authentic gîtes. In her small boutique, you'll find her produce for sale, as well as local products such as Gruissan truffle salt. She also offers educational activities. As for the gîtes, nestling in a combe among holm oaks and olive trees, they are classified 3 or 4 épis and can each accommodate 4 people. All built to eco-environmental standards.

We’ ve been visiting Elena and the Mas d’Antonin for around ten years and it’s hard to recommend both Elena and the fantastic Produce more. You won’t find a more passionate, patient or helpful artisan anywhere. A treat for both individuals or groups Elena will share her vast knowledge and time with you for an experience you’ll never forget. We love her and this wonderful place she and her husband have created.

Voilà un petit coin de paradis, où nous avons, été divinement reçu par Madame et Monsieur Anton. Passionnante dégustation d'huile d'olive, de truffes, de la propriété, captivés par les commentaires éclairés de notre hôte. Des produits excellents, fruit d'un travail passionné et d'un terroir qui m'est cher puisque terre natale de mes ancêtres. En résumé détour obligatoire par Argeliers, au Mas d'Antonin, pour une rencontre et une découverte de grande qualité.
