Since 2006, Guy Pagès has been breeding petits-gris, a subspecies of snails. The particularity of his breeding comes from the food: the snails are fed with clover, thyme or radish shoots. 100 % natural therefore!

The result: an incomparable flavour and a less brittle shell. At the farm, Guy offers for sale his live snails or in jars cooked in Catalan sauce, as well as snail pâtés, olive oil and seasonal vegetables.
