Classified as a historic monument in October 1993, this riding arena was built in 1816 for the training of Gardes du Corps companies
The Royal Armoury was built in 1816 for the training of the Gardes du Corps companies created by Louis XVIII. The entrance features a cartouche representing the royal coat of arms. The 50-metre-long hall is covered by a magnificent wooden framework in the shape of an inverted ship's hull, and features a remarkable gable. Owned by the army, the building has been managed by the town since 1990, for a 99-year period, and is regularly used for cultural events. Classified as a historic monument since 1993.
