Pas un sourire lors de l'accueil, salle de restaurant sale. Nous sommes arrivés en fin d'après-midi. Il y avait encore des bols de petits déjeuner qui traînaient sur une table, les pots de confiture étaient restés ouverts et deux tranches de jambon prenaient l'air depuis le matin.
Le distributeur ne proposait pas grand chose.
Dans la chambre, propre au demeurant, la télé avait le son mais pas l'image. Mon mari est allé le signaler à l'accueil. On nous a changé tout simplement de chambre.
La nuit a été horrible, la personne de l'accueil avait quitté son service sans indiquer que notre changement de chambre à son collègue. Celui-ci s'est introduit vers 1h00 du matin, pensant qu'elle était libre. J'ai très peur. Inutile de dire que je n'ai pas bien dormi et que j'étais en alerte dès que quelqu'un passait devant notre chambre. Etant donné le jour qu'il y avait sous la porte, nous avions l'impression de dormir sur le parking.
Nous ne comprenons pas que rien ne soit fait pour améliorer les choses. C'est inadmissible !
