With a view of the château directly opposite and a bright, cosy decor, the dishes served are great classics that pay tribute to the quality of the produce. Let's be clear: we come here first and foremost for the seafood, for which the place is a well-known and recognized specialist. The platters are majestic, with products of incomparable freshness. Also on the menu: seafood sauerkraut, veal kidney or cheeseburger. A true institution in the royal city.

Le serveur était antipathique, aucun sourire. La caisse ferme à 22h30. Lamentable.

Très bien placé mais il faut réserver pour avoir la bonne table avec vue sur le château. Maître d'hôtel hautain, complaisant et à limite déplaisant. Le service est très bien. Plats corrects. Dommage qu'on ne trouve pas des plats typiques de brasserie ...

En un mot : délicieux ! Brasserie placée idéalement face au magnifique château de St Germain, plein centre. Accueil agréable, personnel affable, sympathique et professionnel. Carte équilibrée proposant une cuisine de brasserie haut de gamme. Produits frais, bien travaillés, cuissons respectés et valorisant les viandes ou poissons. Foie de veau généreux cuit juste à point, légèrement rosé, accompagné d'une purée réconfortante, tataki de thon juste magnifique servi sur un lit de légumes croquants et chauds. Et omelette norvégienne légère et peu sucrée, superbe. Tout cela accompagné d'un chardonnais minéral et malgré tout fruité subtilement, servi dans son seau à glaçons. Tarifs extrêmement corrects au regard des assiettes généreuses servies. Bravo !
