Restaurant with terrace offering dishes inspired by the seasons.
This restaurant with its enchanting setting is a mythical place. It is here that two recipes were invented that have entered the pantheon of gastronomy: the tasty sauce béarnaise and the delicate pommes soufflées. At the Pavillon Henri IV, refinement and elegance are as much present in the décor as in the dishes, with dishes inspired by the seasons and staged by the chef Patrick Käppler and his team. Finally, the terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Seine valley.

Cadre magnifique, vue splendide. Luxe et volupté, mais côté cuisine … déception totale. Eu égard au cadre et au prix, on s’attend à une cuisine excellente et raffinée … malheureusement pas du tout le cas.

Nous sommes venus pour un brunch le dimanche, le service est équivalant à la qualité du buffet : vide.
Choix assez restreint, au regard du prix on peut s'attendre à manger autre chose qu'une salade de tomates et mozzarella. Alors certes on y trouve des huitres et des gambas.
Le seul point positif est l'ambiance de la salle. A éviter, sauf si vous souhaitez faire une belle photo instagrammable pour 60 euros.
