Bistro offering excellent value in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, and a local bistronomic experience.

Lovers of terroir and good food will find what they're looking for at Bistrot Logique. Since 2015, Mathilde Sartor and Michaël Guindon have been offering an epicurean bistronomic experience. The menu is a marvel, as is the wine list, with options by the glass. The restaurant's must-tries set the tone: roast camembert with croutons, tuna tataki, Lyonnais sausages and terrines... The food is good and the value for money excellent, which is rare in the city, and the welcome and service are impeccable. A real favorite.

Une cuisine magnifique avec d'excellents produits.

Un restaurant sympathique. De la place pour se garer dans la rue. En arrivant la serveuse souriante nous explique les différents aspects du menu et est de bon conseil. Sur le large panel je conseille chaleureusement en entrée le tartare de cabillaud qui est tout simplement exceptionnel.

Je recommande cette adresse sur St germain. Légèrement écarté du centre ville , il s’agit d’un tres bon restaurant. Les plats sont délicieux . assaisonnements et cuissons sont maîtrisés. Un sans faute !Merci au chef et aux serveuses

Cuisine très bien réalisée avec de beaux produits. La cuisson de la viande était parfaite, les desserts savoureux. Le service est très attentionné et très efficace. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Je recommande !
