For over 25 years, this culinary festival has been promoting the gastronomy of the Rambouillet region, as well as local know-how, products and artisans. For 9 days, chefs, shopkeepers and producers offer inspiring autumn dishes, menus and tastings. All in restaurants, boutiques, shops, food-trucks and tourist sites, sponsored by a local merchant. On the first day, the festival opens with entertainment on Place de la Libération.
