To discover Moisson-Lavacourt, you have to venture into the heart of a little-known loop of the Seine, where you'll find a charming little village sheltered by the cliffs of Vétheuil and La Roche-Guyon. It was probably around a forest path that Claude Monet himself arrived here: attracted by the particular light of the place, he painted numerous canvases here between 1878 and 1881, some of which are exceptional works.
