Brigitte, Théo, Rick and the bakers, Jérémie, Allan and Fabrice welcome you to the farm. In organic agriculture since 2001, they produce wheat of excellent baking quality (contains gluten). The mixture of 2 varieties of flours makes it possible to obtain an ideal flour for bread. They are made with 100% stone-ground flour, which preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of their bread. They make 13 varieties of excellent organic bread in the village bakery. Everything here is organic from wheat to bread, and it's delicious.
