The old inn of the ECU of France, in the heart of Jouy-en-Josas, left in the summer of 2016 its place in Morocco… but not the least. A moucharabieh orne the entrance, the walls lined with delicate blue motifs, and the discreet oriental music brings the last touch to this visual journey in the heart of the Orient. The excursion is also a taste, with a taste of carefully dishes, tasty dishes, which combine sweet sweet and spicy flavours, grilled or doucement.
