This small boutique has become an institution at Acres, which fills the air with a delicious smell of grilled coffee. For here we cook on the spot, so grain can be prepared according to customer preferences or even according to the coffee machine that the consumer has. Thirteen references of world cafes, with the traditional Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Indonesia, and also a café from Hawaii, similar to the famous Blue mountain in Jamaica. As for tea, the shop has nearly seventy-five references from India, Ceylon, China and Japan, as well as a selection of infusions. And since the time of coffee or tea often coincides with that of the refined pleasures of the palate, here we also find sweets: chocolates, sugars, calissons, nougats, jams, but still pepper and spices… A selection of flavours to discover all open taste buds.
