Restaurant bistro offering a tasty and delicious cuisine in Pessac.

Located in Pessac, Le Bistrot de l'Alouette has long been a reference. The chef, Cédric Robert, elaborates gourmet recipes that smell of the South-West. On the menu, we find for example oysters from "La Canfouine" in Cap Ferret, a celery tartar with Pata Negra, a duck parmentier. In addition, there is a very interesting lunch formula and tapas (only in the evening from 6pm). The establishment, which was taken over in 2015, welcomes groups and offers the rental of a meeting room. The terrace is very pleasant.

Cuisine décevante pour le prix!
Sole grillée juste décongelée et très chère, Parmentier de canard minuscule et cher, desserts corrects sans plus.
L’esprit bistrot - auberge n’y est pas.
