Restaurant bistro offering a tasty and delicious cuisine in Pessac.

Located in Pessac, Le Bistrot de l'Alouette has long been a reference. The chef, Cédric Robert, elaborates gourmet recipes that smell of the South-West. On the menu, we find for example oysters from "La Canfouine" in Cap Ferret, a celery tartar with Pata Negra, a duck parmentier. In addition, there is a very interesting lunch formula and tapas (only in the evening from 6pm). The establishment, which was taken over in 2015, welcomes groups and offers the rental of a meeting room. The terrace is very pleasant.

Restaurant au calme, avec accès à un grand parking. La carte nous a donné satisfaction il y en a pour tous les goûts. Il y a différents poissons et viandes avec différents accompagnements. Tout était très bon. Le service s'est bien passé, le personnel est au petit soin. Nous y sommes allés un midi où le restaurant était complet mais nous ne sommes pas collés au niveau des tables et le bruit n'est pas gênant. C'était une très belle expérience.
