When Le Gourmet Libanais arrived in Pessac, the local gourmets were quick to make it their favorite catering boutique. It must be said that the chef, Ahmad Hodroj, was born in Beirut: no wonder his cuisine is so generous and fragrant! His partner Carole is also part of the adventure, and together they make us travel. Hot mezze, cold mezze, brochettes, arrousets (Lebanese bread sandwiches)... you hesitate? Do like us, order a Mon Beyrouth plate with its assortment of 8 different mezzes, mixed or vegetarian.
