In a "wooden chalet" atmosphere, this genuine Quebec brewery offers a gourmet stopover with our American cousins. Discover the flavors of the Americas over a meal or a good broue, or "bière ben mousseuse". Here, everything is homemade, from big burgers on organic bread to the famous traditional poutine. And for a sweet treat, there's cheesecake, crumble, brownie or maple syrup pie... From 6 p.m. onwards, you can enjoy a drink with friends and tapas on the terrace during Happy Hour.
