La Guinguette Auvergnate perpetuates the tradition of eating well and partying happily together. Accordion tunes, small dishes simmered, with of course the aligot sausage, a mixture of mashed potatoes and fresh tomme from Aubrac. And finally a dance floor, for a rare atmosphere, which smells good nostalgia.
