Pavillon Baltard, a historic site that hosts trade fairs, conferences, congresses and television programs in Nogent-sur-Marne.
In the 19th century, Napoleon III commissioned the architect Baltard to construct cast-iron buildings to house Les Halles de Paris. When this huge market was moved to Rungis, the buildings were demolished. Only one pavilion remained, housing the egg and poultry market. In 1976, it was reassembled in Nogent-sur-Marne. Today, it's a venue for trade fairs, conferences, congresses and TV shows. Have you ever heard your favorite TV show "live from the Pavillon Baltard"?
