In this charming restaurant, certainly a little far from the city centre, the cuisine of North India reveals an impressive palette of flavours. Wood-fired grills include chicken tikka or tandoori, as well as a lamb bhuna goshi. Vegetarian dishes include garlic and ginger lentils, cumin potatoes, curry peas and melted cheese. The raita is made in the traditional way with cucumber, but also in an exotic way with slightly spicy pineapple. Royal prawns are seasoned with onion, pepper, coriander and lemon. As for desserts, they offer to conclude the meal with a mango mousse, a rose petal cake, or Indian-style fritters, the famous gulab jamun.
