I married on June 28th, 2015. This service provider was loaded to decorate the room, the main element that run us with heart: Japanese balls were to be spread over the whole ceiling. We had 2 meetings (including 1 in the room with the manager) explaining our wishes in details, everything has been very clear. Ultimately this " décoratrice" clearly our careless decor and all did not respect what you had asked him. Average techniques and professionalism, we were entitled to a kind decoration " fêtes" room; instead of romantic and magic decoration that she had promised to us. It housed the Japanese balls in rows of ognions along the walls instead of distributing them on the ceiling (the centre was barely 40 cm higher than the sides!). In addition, when we invited it to inform him of our shock and our disappointment (since it is part before we arrive), the only meet its share was the suivre: decoration that I made corresponds to 90% so you had asked me!
In short, I don't recommend person this not very meticulous service provider and dishonest person.

P.S. : We were forced to give the entire sum 1 week before D-day. No commercial gesture was never available later to compensate for the failure with the contract… Or even a word of excuse…

C'est très facile de mettre des commentaires sur les sites internet pour essayer de "salir" la réputation d'une société mais ce qui serait plus intéressant et constructif, c'est que vous vous adressiez directement à moi pour me faire une réclamation.
Ce qui n'a pas été le cas ! Vous n'avez pas pris la peine de m'appeler le lundi suivant, ni même de m'envoyer un mail me demandant un geste commercial !
Vous deviez venir le dimanche après midi pour valider la mise en place, ce que vous n'avez pas fait. Vous avez même refusé que je vous envoie une photo du travail que nous avions fait.
Je ne suis pas de mauvaise foi et vous le savez très bien
Vous avez modifié à plusieurs reprises vos choix et le dernier ne m'a pas été transmis.
Nous n'avons jamais validé ensemble l'installation des boules au milieu de la piste de danse !
Si vous êtes capable de me fournir la preuve écrite que je me suis trompée, je m'engage à vous rembourser le montant de la prestation mal effectuée !
