MAISON SOLEMNES

Solemnes is a totally independent family group that creates and manages residential establishments for dependent elderly people (EHPAD), whose exclusive vocation is to welcome and care for people suffering from Alzheimer's disease or related disorders. The medical team is specifically trained to develop and implement individualized life projects by promoting non-medicated relational care. The establishments are organized in community apartments of approximately 13 people, not closed, thus recreating a family type of operation. Access to the street is secured, but the architecture allows and accompanies free movement from one apartment to another, from one floor to another and towards the secured gardens. The daily rate, depending on age, starts at 82.64 euros for a single room with private bathroom and toilet. In addition to accommodation, this price also includes laundry, catering, cleaning and entertainment. To this must be added the dependency fee. Solemnes currently has four homes: Eragny-sur-Oise, Courbevoie, Tremblay-en-France and Savigny-le-Temple.
