Philippe Gilloots specialist knows a radius about mushrooms, their growing season and their favourite places. At home, you can visit the cultivation and explain the secrets of culture. At the exit, ideas of recipes to accommodate them: cassolette de and shii-takés for example… This latter mushroom, second world production behind the mushroom of Paris, is grown for its medicinal virtues.
