Virginie and Anders' address has quickly become a favorite with locals, who appreciate the charm, the warm welcome and Virginie's dishes. Opened in 2021, the establishment combines a delicatessen, cellar and restaurant, for both on-site and take-away pleasures. Virginie's cuisine is seasonal, contemporary bistronomy and eco-responsible. On the menu, tarama with sea urchin coral, bibimbap, gnocchi with beet emulsion, smoked bacon and purple shiso, herb sausage and white beans.
