Le personnel était attentif et amical et parlait très bien anglais.
Le petit déjeuner était très varié et des gobelets à emporter pour le café/thé étaient disponibles.
Mais nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre. De plus, l'hôtel semblait poussiéreux et manquait un peu d'âme pour un hôtel de "style". Le prix de l'expérience était trop élevé pour ce qu'est l'hôtel actuellement. En ce qui concerne l'état des chambres, il y avait une ambiance "budget".
