Located in the heart of the small village of Recloses, 10 minutes from Fontainebleau and Bourron-Marlotte, Au Cœur de la Mie bakery is a small local institution. Founded by Isabelle, a former engineer turned passionate baker, this artisan bakery offers a varied range of breads and pastries (to die for!) made with organic and local ingredients. In addition to its quality products, the bakery also sells regional products (local flours, beers and wines), Saturday events and a post and parcel service.
