Museum with a beautiful collection of medieval pavements and utilitarian and religious objects, in the Romanesque House in Provins.
Behind the beautiful stone facade dating from the 12th century of the Romanesque House, one of the oldest buildings in Provins, the treasures of the museum are spread out over four levels. In any case, there are often unusual objects, such as the wolf worn by Napoleon at a masked ball. The museum also has a very fine collection of medieval pavements and a very important collection of medieval utilitarian and religious objects which are displayed with great ingenuity.

O Museu de Provins está localizado na “Maison Romane”, um dos mais antigos edifícios civis de Provins do século XII.
Seu acervo abriga preciosidades provenientes de escavações arqueológicas em Provins e arredores, incluindo esculturas, pinturas e objetos raros. Destacam-se também vestígios do tesouro de Saint-Quiriace, peças de ourivesaria e uma casula de Santo Edme do século XIII.
